LOS ANGELES, February 21, 2007 – David Kingsdale, partner and managing director of Del Rey Management, LP, a Los Angeles-based hedge fund, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of The Giving Back Fund, a national public charity specializing in helping athletes and entertainers increase the impact of their charitable giving.

David Kingsdale is an entrepreneur and licensed attorney who brings to the GBF Board 15+ years of experience in starting and building companies and raising investment capital.  After practicing law for several years, David started and built Stopwatch Entertainment Network, an in-store media company that he later sold to Premier Retail Networks, a division of Thomson SA (NYSE:TMS). David earned a B.A. in History from UCLA and a JD from the Loyola Law School.
