Invisible Hands is committed to serving our neighbors and keeping them safe and healthy. Invisible Hands is a group of grassroots organizers and committed volunteers—mostly young, able-bodied people—who safely deliver groceries, medicine, and other necessities free of charge to the those who are most vulnerable—the elderly, the infirm, the immunocompromised—to COVID-19.
This project was initiated to combat the disparity in accessibility of resources between the most vulnerable members of our community and the least vulnerable. We address the critical dearth in financial and living resources for the elderly and immunocompromised, while simultaneously engaging them in conversation in order to overcome the damaging effects social isolation has on mental health.
Invisible Hands, a fiscally sponsored project of the national nonprofit The Giving Back Fund, relies on community support to achieve our mission. Your donations are deeply appreciate and tax deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.
