Keeley Mooneyhan is CEO of HR Matters, an advisory firm focused on strategy and operational execution for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. She is accountable for the profit & loss, operations, and relationship management of the firm. She has responsibility for the strategy and success of the firm, and increased revenue by 7x in 3 years. 

Ms. Mooneyhan has over 20 years business leadership experience in global environments, where she managed and advised executives on strategic and operational decisions across +100 transactions, spanning 36 countries, and valued in excess of $75B in investments. She has built a 300+ strong community of cross-functional industry leaders from Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Salesforce, Merck, Intuit, GE, and other serial acquirers to share innovations and navigate M&A challenges. 

Prior to leading HR Matters, Ms. Mooneyhan was an Integration Leader for Microsoft’s Mergers and Acquisitions organization. She is an M&A program advisor for Bloomberg BNA and Thomson Reuters and speaks/writes on topics of leadership, corporate governance, and culture. 

Ms. Mooneyhan is a volunteer and advisor for the California State 4-H Youth Development Program and led the organization to establish a management board and governance model for an improved government and volunteer partnership.
